• Most recent months' paystubs (if paid weekly, provide last 5 pay stubs)
• Most current 3 consecutive months' bank/investment statements on any account that contains funds to be used for closing
• Most recent 2 years' W-2 Forms)
• Most recent 2 years' Income Tax Returns with all supporting schedules (this includes tax returns and supporting schedules for partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, if applicable)
• Landlord names and telephone numbers for the past two years if you have rented and one year returned checks
• Final Divorce Decree and Settlement Statement, if applicable
• Complete Bankruptcy Petition and Discharge papers, if applicable
• Executed Original Sales Contract/Addendums to contract, if you have selected a property to purchase
• Copy of canceled earnest money check(s), if you have selected a property and executed a sales contractAdditional clarification/documentation may be required upon receipt of the above information.
