- Most current 3 consecutive months' bank/investment statements on any
account that contains funds to be used for closing
- Most recent 2 years' W-2 Forms)
- Most recent 2 years' Income Tax Returns with all supporting schedules
(this includes tax returns and supporting schedules for partnerships,
S corporations, and C corporations, if applicable)
- Landlord names and telephone numbers for the past two years if you
have rented and one year returned checks
- Final Divorce Decree and Settlement Statement, if applicable
- Complete Bankruptcy Petition and Discharge papers, if applicable
- Executed Original Sales Contract/Addendums to contract, if you have
selected a property to purchase
- Copy of canceled earnest money check(s), if you have selected a property
and executed a sales contractAdditional clarification/documentation may
be required upon receipt of the above information.
If you cannot locate one or more of the required documents listed above, contact your Island Power Banker Officer for instructions on how to obtain duplicates or acceptable substitutes.
